From Jay-Z, to Nas to Eminem, Urban Noize has reshaped the way mixtapes are done with their keen sense of finding beats that enhance the artists, something that's rare it today's producers. A recent project blends Jay-Z's American Gangster with Maxwell's Black Summer's Night.
In "This Life Forever," Urban Noize takes a vintage verse from Jay-Z and mixes it with Sade's "Flow" from Lovers Rock.
Jay-Z and Sade recently completed a remix of "The Moon and The Sky" which was not done by Urban Noize (but should have).
